- Log in to your membership.
- Go to My Account.
- Choose Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription that you want to change and click the 3 dots.
- Select Change Plan.
- In the drop-down box, it will only show the option you don’t currently have. (If you currently have a monthly membership, it will show the annual membership and vice versa.)
- Click Select Plan. It will automatically prorate the amount for you.
